Information we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, company, phone number, email address, and project details when you call, text, email, or contact us.

  • Phone and text messages: when you call or text our business numbers ((512) 766-8005 and (512) 640-0849), we receive your phone number, the time, and the content of your message. Calls may be answered by an automated receptionist that takes a message for our staff.

  • Website data: our website host may collect basic technical data (such as browser type and pages visited) and use cookies to run the site.

How we use information

We use your information to respond to you, provide bids, estimates and construction services, schedule and manage projects, send invoices, and run our business. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging (SMS)

  • How you opt in: you start the conversation by texting one of our business numbers. We only reply to messages you send us. We do not send marketing texts.

  • What we send: replies to your message, such as "we got your message" confirmations and follow-ups about your inquiry or project. Message frequency varies with your conversation.

  • Message and data rates may apply.

  • Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from us. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply START to opt back in.

  • Help: reply HELP for help, or contact us at (512) 766-8005 or sgilger@atxmasonry.com.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (for example, our phone, text messaging, email and website providers), only as needed to provide those services, or when required by law.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for business, legal and tax purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your contact information, or stop contacting you, by emailing sgilger@atxmasonry.com.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always posted on this page.
